The Personal Notifier is an automated service that can alert you to new property listings and upcoming open homes via email and text messaging, giving you a great head start on the rest of the market. Once registered you can create any number of notification requests specifying the type of properties you are interested in based on location, price, type of property etc. These requests can be easily edited at any time through the notifier web page. If you wish to receive alerts directly to your Telecom mobile phone you can enter your mobile number when registering. A confirmation message will then be sent to your phone. By confirming this message your mobile will be activated to receive text alerts. Once activated, you can reply to any message with the text ‘stop’ to disable further alerts. Open HomesReminders can be sent at least one day before the scheduled open homes. You can choose to receive these via email or text message.
