Cedric King's impeccable reputation within the real estate industry precedes him. Having been involved in Real Estate for some 30 years, Cedric has seen it all the peaks and troughs of numerous markets, the many changing faces of property investment and development, the introduction of tangible technological innovation, the effects of a stock market crash and the list goes on. Cedric's introduction to Real Estate came in 1976, initially as a Sales Consultant and then as an Auctioneer. He has conducted business within the rural, commercial and residential sectors of the property market. He is a director on several property companies, has been involved in the divestment of large property portfolios and is an Associate Member of the Real Estate Institute as well as sitting on the REINZ committee. From a property perspective Cedric remains involved in the market as an investor in both commercial and residential property.
