Having spent sixteen years overseas, Greg decided to return to New Zealand in 2002 to enjoy a quality of life and further develop his business interests. He is able to offer his clients a wealth of knowledge and experience within the field of his chosen passion, real estate.
In 1986 Greg moved to Australia with his family, where he held senior management and marketing positions with two large public companies until 1990 when he made the decision to move out of the corporate arena and into property marketing where he achieved reputable success and huge satisfaction.
In fact it fired a passion he still holds today, having spent over seven years as joint director of two highly successful / multi award winning Harcourts Real Estate businesses, Greg has lead by example.
The diversity within his management structure allowed him to fulfil two principle roles, 'Sales and Marketing' within the prestige housing and luxury inner city apartment market, and 'Project Marketer’ to an array of residential developers, engineers and surveyors specialising in residential subdivisions.
During these busy years, Greg continued to further his overall education, gaining a Diploma of Business in Real Estate Management together with recognised industry licenses and management and marketing qualifications. He has been awarded numerous national and Harcourts Queensland State awards in both sales and management positions. |
