Ta began his career in real estate career 8 years ago, setting his performance benchmark high in his rookie year. Since then he has gone from strength to strength, consistently remaining in the top 10% of Grenadier real estate professionals.

When asked what Ta attributes his continued success to, his response is typically humble, simply putting it down to honesty and being an attentive listener. Those qualities are at the root of his success but there is a bit more to it than that. To elaborate, Ta has an innate humility that has equipped Ta with a sincere empathy for his clients. From his perspective it’s crucial the clients can trust him and his real estate expertise for the relationship to be a success.

Growing up in the deep south on a farm, Ta forged a lot of the principles that he embraces today. His decision to move to Christchurch was really based on a desire to gain new experiences. He has made Christchurch his base ever since, using it as a platform to branch out and explore the world. Ta now lives in Hoon Hay with his wife and family. He is a keen squash player and is heavily involved with his local club. Ta also dedicates a lot of time to his church and community.

When he moved to Christchurch, Ta became actively involved in the market, purchasing his own home and acquiring additional investment properties since. The intimate understanding of real estate that he has acquired by owning property himself has been central to his success in the industry. Having a vested interest in the real estate market gives Ta the ability to relate to his clients from relevant experience, and speak with authority on its movements.
