I have a hands-on background in farming, having owned a property in Marlborough's Awatere Valley from 1977-90. Prior to that I was South Island manager of Lockwood Homes from 1969 to 1977.

On my return to Christchurch in 1990 I became involved in rural and commercial real estate and property development. I have a strong interest in viticulture and own a vineyard in Ouruhia on the outskirts of Christchurch.

In 1998, I project managed construction and marketing of "Cambridge on Avon," a central city luxurious apartment block in Christchurch and since then I have been with Pyne Gould Guinness.

Sales include:
Grasslands, Te Pirita, 1608ha
Wai-iti, Swannanoa, 466ha
Island Paddocks, deer unit, Culverden
Haldon Homestead, Hororata
Connemara, Parnassus, 308ha
Wandle Downs, Waiau, 588ha
Deer Unit, Hawarden
Harness racing properties (Barbers, Browman, Wigzell, Scurr's)
Lifestyle blocks (Prebbleton, Ohoka, Templeton, Fernside, Tai Tapu

I have specialised in subdivision consents in Swannanoa, Belfast, and Marshlands.

Involved in numerous community activities in both Christchurch and Marlborough, I was particularly honoured to be Charter and Distinguished Past President of Kiwanis Club of Christchurch and Councillor on the Marlborough County Council.

I will be marketing all types of rural properties, together with providing advice on subdivision and resource consents.

I would be happy to discuss any of these matters with you.
