Since joining the real estate industry in 1983 in Minnesota, Bill has had very successful Real Estate careers in two countries. During his first 10 years with Harcourts he specialised in auction marketing, project management of many developments and the upper end of the residential and lifestyle property markets and was regularly featured in the Harcourts National Top 20. With his wife Tekla they opened their first office in 1998 and have since been recognised as innovative passionate leaders of their three offices. Beckenham, Barrington and Harbourside. When not assisting his highly productive teams of sales consultants Bill spends time with his children, travel, tramping and tennis (Bill won a bronze medal in the 2009 World Masters in Sydney).
