My Real Estate career started in 1990 In the Harbour bays area of Diamond Harbour, Church Bay and Charteris Bay, where I had the pleasure of growing up . My Father Judd Thiele was with Livingstones for about 25 years and he specialised in the bays. It was a natural progression for me to also be able to promote the area as a fantastic place to take advantage of the seaside lifestyle .
The 90s were a tough time for the property market and so to be able to survive in sales during that time was no mean task. I was fortunate to also be flying with Air New Zealand as a domestic flight attendant, having one of the first mobile phones, which was something of a brick, being carried with me around the country so I could keep in contact with all my clients. What would we do without such technology today?
The move to London in 2000 began a break for me in property , but not for long as I was drawn once again into sales, this time in the West End of London. Gone were the harbour views and large gardens, but my skills were now focused on studio apartments, loft conversions and period houses with little or no garden only street parking and maybe a balcony If you were lucky .
I have been back in the Canterbury market now for nearly 4 years and thrilled to have joined the Team at Grenadier Harbourside Office Lyttelton, the top performing and focussed office for Lyttelton Harbour Basin.
My International experience and knowledge of the UK estate agency practise helps greatly with my English buyers who are moving to New Zealand and who love the Harbour environs.
My knowledge of the Harbour remains, my love for it also.
“My promise to you is my winning formula - honest, informed and direct negotiating.”
I will ensure that all my clients get the best service, commitment and communication throughout the process of selling and buying property.
I look forward to being of service.
