Margaret is an experienced sales consultant who has been in the business of selling real estate since 1980. For the first 20 years she worked for Giena Real Estate firstly covering the whole of Christchurch, and latterly specialising in the south of Christchurch. She was Branch Manager in the Beckenham office for approximately ten years and has also held her own real estate license for a number of years.
Margaret and her husband have acquired a significant number of rental properties over the years, which she has managed giving her a wide base of experience and knowledge in the investment field.
Recognising the benefit of the size, success and dynamics of the Harcourt franchise, she is now proud to work for Harcourts Grenadier Real Estate in Barrington Street.
Margaret is happily married with two adult children and has lived in the Somerfield/Lower Cashmere area for approx 40 years. She has a strong interest in Horticulture, and has operated her own nursery for some 30 years. For relaxation, she enjoys swimming and sailing on the family yacht.
