My husband Bill and I own and manage three offices within the Grenadier Group- Harcourt Beckenham, Harcourts Barrington and Harcourts Harbourside. We call our team BBH!

We are non selling managers and believe we can offer our sales consultants the benefit of our knowledge and experience to help their careers get off to the best possible and most profitable start. In our selling career Bill and I specialised in auction marketing, project management of many developments, and in the upper end of the residential and lifestyle market and were continually recognised in Harcourts National Top 20. 

Today we own and manage three bustling and productive offices on the main thoroughfare to the hills, and in the heart of Lyttelton, and we are proud of the strengths and diversity of our busy team, as well as their performance nationally. Our offices are national award winners for client service, sales volume and productivity per sales consultant.

Bill comes from a long real estate background which started with his own real estate business in the US more than 27 years ago; and I have had a 20 year international career in IT management, mainly software development. We immigrated to New Zealandin 1988, have attained citizenship here, are raising our family and we have never looked back! We love family, friends, practical jokes, the NZ accent, auctions, great coffee, children of all ages, and just letting our hair down with friends and loved ones any day of the week.
